The Body Shop Makeup Haul
As I shared yesterday, there was a Mind-blowing Sale from The Body Shop at our office. It was due to the Organic Week event by SMART Communications Inc. They gave an awesome treat to all employees to have a free make-up session with their head makeup artist, Toni Aviles.
And ofcourse, because of the SALE, I made a mini haul to share to all of you! ;) Here's what I got:
Because everything's for sale! I grabbed the opportunity to get them and share it with you. Let's start off with their new Vitamin E Cool BB Cream.
Vitamin E Cool BB Cream
It comes with a single shade that would fit everybody as they told us. I tried it over my and it did blend well with my skin tone. It is not very pigmented, it's more of a tinted moisturizer. But when you apply powder to set it, it makes your makeup last very well. It's not oily since I have already tried it for quite some time. No break-outs as well! :) Very good! I got this for Php 495 only.

Color Glide Lip Colour #69
It's a dark shade of pink and I loved it! It is their Color Glide Lip Color in 69. It's bold and a very confident color. I love lip colors like this because it lights up the face even with minimal make up. Above is the swatch of this on my hand and on my lips. I got this for Php 347.50 only.

All-In-One Blusher - #01 Macaroon
I got the Matte one in the shade of 01 Macaroon. This is for my mom actually. Since we both have oily skin, we would rather have a matte blush. It's color is consistent and quite pigmented. It has a very fine texture, good for blending out for a more natural look. I got this for Php 417 only.

Eye Colors in #31 and #38
They were very pigmented and I guess they sold only these colors for our event because of our "Organic" Theme. Not bad. I have always wondered if green would look good on me. So for Php 150 each tried these two babies.

Lip & Cheek Stain
Well, no need to make any more introduction for this one. This is THE BEST! This product has been the most wanted in The Body Shop. And I just got it for Php 395 only! What a discount! I could have hoarded for this one, but my money won't allow me. So I just got one. But one is enough! :) I missed this!

VERDICT
All I can say about their product is that everything is ORGANIC. They are "Cruelty Free" because The Body Shop is a advocate against Animal Testing. With the quality of their products, all were good. It's just that some were very pricy (original price) so I often buy them during SALE.
But I have no regrets with this haul. I am very satisfied. :)
